the event of rain the voice message at the studio will be changed to
indicate whether or not the hike is canceled - those who have
pre-registered will be contacted directly.

Join Ellen
For YOGA+HIKING.
- We will start with a
standing/breathing meditation
- We will hike for approximately 2.5 km
along the escarpment
- Followed by a 30-45 minute yoga
practice
- After a short break and snack, we
will hike back to the parking lot
- We will end with a final yoga stretch
and closing circle
- Standing and breathing meditations will
be interspersed throughout the morning
Ellen de Guerre is a
certified 500-hour yoga teacher and an experienced hiker who is inspired by the
outdoors and realizes the importance of getting back to nature to reduce stress
in our busy lives. Join us for an exciting workshop combining
your love of yoga with your love of the outdoors!
What to Bring
- Sturdy hiking footwear
- Comfortable loose clothing suitable
for yoga and hiking
- Towel to do yoga on
- Water and snacks
Hiking Level of Difficulty
- A fairly comfortable hike
approximately 5 kilometres in total with some hills and rocky terrain –
the pace will be slow to medium with time for rests in between.
