Class Descriptions
Here at ISYS we hold a range of classes to suit all abilities and levels of experience; if you are unsure as to which class would be most appropriate for you, please contact us to discuss your choices.
| Basic
The beginning. Gain an understanding of the release of the body and the rhythm of the breath. Suitable for those new to yoga and those with physical limitations. |

| Intermediate
Moving
deeper. Take what you know and gently move the edges. Suitable for
those who are familiar with the basic asanas, the rhythm and release of
the breath and feel the need to expand their practice.

Experienced
Becoming quieter. Allow your understanding of the practice to deepen and move further into the asanas. Meditation
and breathing will be a regular part of this class. Suitable for those
with solid yoga experience and a regular home practice. |
 | Yoga+Meditation
Finding balance. An hour and a half class combining the physical of asana with 30 minutes of formal seated meditation. Open to all levels of experience. |
