Workshop - Course on Peace

Learn the clues that will propel you on your path to greater inner peace.  All supplies, healthy snacks included.

$25.00+HST


Meditation Class
Wednesdays (beginning January 25th)
12pm -
$ 20 per session (includes HST)
This is a drop in style of meditation class, but you must reserve your spot each week.  It is for those wanting to try meditation but do not wish to commit to a class series at this time.

Meditation Series
- Journey Into the Chakras
Sundays, January 22nd to March 4th
10am-12pm
~ or ~
Tuesdays, January 24th to March 6th
12pm-2pm
$20 per week.  Includes HST

This seven week series offers teachings on the Chakras, as well as meditation and healing techniques.  A wonderful session for beginners and for Level One Reiki Practitioners who wish to learn more about the Chakras.
